WET – 3: Technical Fundamentals (30 hours-90 days)

Technical Fundamentals will give the HVAC/R Wholesale Distribution Employee a greater understanding of the basic science at work in the modern HVAC/R systems that their customers are selling, installing and servicing.  Employees will also gain a working knowledge of the products that their Contractor / Technician customers are purchasing.  Knowledge of how these systems and components relate and interact with each other will assist Employees in their ability to communicate and successfully satisfy their customers.  
This course is NATE recognized for 30 hours of continuing education (CEHs) applicable to NATE recertification and BPI recognized for 15 continuing education units (CEUs).
